Housed within our digital orthodontic lab, this procedure ensures any type of orthodontic appliance can be meticulously crafted with ease and precision. 

3D Model Fabrication Guide:

Itero:  Contact Itero and have them add us as a Preferred Lab in your system.  Our Itero ID # is: 19509

3Shape Trios: You will need to request a Connection from the 3Shape Communicate Portal.  In the portal, you can go to the “Connect To A Lab” section and select the “Show Me Labs” Option.  You will need to enter our email address:  kevin@ohlendorfappliancelab.com in order to find our Lab.  Click “Connect” and an invitation will be sent to us.  We will accept it right away, and you can begin sending us your Scans.

Sirona Cerec:  In your system, look for the “My Favorite Laboratories” option under the SIRONA Connect heading.  Click the search option and enter our zip code, 63103, to find our lab.   This will add us to your system.

CareStream: In your system, search for Ohlendorf Appliance Laboratory or kevin@OhlendorfApplianceLab.com.  Select us and an invitation will be sent to us.  We will accept it right away, and you will be set up to begin sending us scans directly.

3M System: To add us to your system, you will need to contact 3M and request us to be added.  You can look us up by our zip code: 63103.  Once we are added, you can begin sending us your scans. 

.stl Files directly to us:  You have the option of uploading any .stl files directly to us via the 3D portal on the home page of our website.
